No matter the number of those you reach in your calling, it is important to know your inner core and begin to train and prepare them to be better replacement, should anything occur and you are unable to show up. Jesus, the wisest leader of all time, was not carried away by the crowd, but understood that He was only present for a short while. This made him tell His disciples at most points that He would not be with them for long. Practically putting them through trainings and teachings that would sustain them after He was gone.
